Jeremy Wetmore leads Twenty Five Capital and the targeted curation of multifamily assets.

Leveraging over 10 years of experience operating locally in Chicago’s south side submarkets, he sets the vision of TFC’s investment strategy and is in charge of business development on a number of fronts. Having operated “Portfolio I” locally for so long, his invaluable market knowledge and deep relationships are what differentiates Jeremy and Twenty Five Capital from other investors/groups, specifically around execution.

With his proven track record & strong ties in the community to local banks, realtors, contractors and city officials - TFC is able to attain creative financing, source off market deal opportunities, maintain project timelines and move faster with city government. He owns a property management company, which is located within the Bridgeport market that also has strong ties to local labor sources.

Jeremy’s top priority is creating equity and cash flow through his value added skill set, while keeping clear communication and transparency with investors. As a hands-on operator, he understands how critical it is to have repeatable processes in place to ensure rents achieve the top of the market prices and vacancies are less than 1%.

Jeremy is a graduate of Bradley University and looks forward to collaboratively building wealth for investors.

Adam Schweickert handles operations at Twenty Five Capital.

He brings systems, processes and technology to ensure nothing falls through the cracks, enabling the team to move quickly and execute on the investment strategy. He has managed over 150 real estate transactions, and understands how to collaborate will all parties involved to get a deal to the closing table and beyond.

He is well versed in working with private companies to improve their internal operations and brings the same level of detail to TFC.

Adam has BA in Finance from the University of Iowa Tippie College of Business.
